Crispy Parmesan Crackers

But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings... Malachi 4:2a

This recipe is again thanks to Mary Williamson and the yummy luncheon she hosted recently. This is simply a fun and different alternative to rolls, breadsticks, etc. If you have never cooked with wonton wrappers before, they have a great crispy texture.

1/4 C. freshly grated Parm. cheese
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 wonton/ egg roll wrappers
3 T. butter, melted
Salt to taste

Combine 1st 3 ingredients. Cut each wonton wrapper into 4 strips lengthwise. (They will be long rectangles when cut.) Arrange strips on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Brush strips with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake at 425 for 8-10 min. or until edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Tips: The first time I bought these, I searched everywhere before asking someone! So, to save you time, they are generally in the produce section. They are refrigerated. At Publix they are usually on the top self near the organic produce. Which also explains why I couldn't find it. I was too short and they were laying flat.
