Cinnamon Honey Butter

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14

This is just a fun little holiday treat that I made for my kids' teachers. It is yummy on just about anything you can think of to spread it on. My favorite is on biscuits. Try is also on toast, bagels, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, etc. I doubled it and could fill up 8 containers that were 6 oz. each.

2 sticks butter, room temp.
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. honey
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Whip the butter until nice and creamy. Add other ingredients and whip it. Scrape down sides, whip again. (If you have a kitchen aid mixer, this is a great recipe for it. I used the paddle attachment and it worked great.)

Yields about 24 ounces of butter

This recipe is from a blog I have referenced before (www.flythroughourwindow.com). I don't know this girl but all of her recipes, craft ideas, etc. are awesome.
