So, I had all good intentions of cooking some more and trying some recipes before the baby comes...... but 2 stomach bugs, 1 horrible case of strep, 1 pink eye, 1 sinus infection and 1 ear infection later, I have not cooked in 2 weeks. The good news is that Rollins, AR and myself are all now on antibiotics and ready to meet this baby! I also got some yummy food from sweet friends so that I didn't lose my mind last week. So perhaps I can share those recipes with you soon! Anyway, I'm being induced on Tuesday so I'll let you know what we have and hope to be back soon!
