Chocolate Chip Pie

For you have delivered my soul from death, indeed my feet from stumbling,so that I may walk before God in the light of the living. Psalm 56:13

This recipe comes to us from Mona Ponder. She brought it to me after I had Henry and I have made it several times since. I tend to under bake it a bit so it is gooey and so so yummy!

1 C. sugar
1/2 C. flour
2 eggs
1 Stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chips
deep dish pie crust

Melt butter and set aside to cool. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into pie crust. Bake 1 hour at 325.

Tips: This freezes well so it is a good one to take with a meal for people. You can always keep a couple on hand in the freezer and pull it out when needed.
